1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VittPravah platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Eligibility Engine Disclaimer
VittPravah is a technology platform providing eligibility estimates based on AI-mapped bank policies. We do not guarantee loan approval. The final decision rests solely with the respective banking or financial institution.
3. User Obligations
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information for eligibility checks.
- Unauthorized use of the platform's API or systematic data scraping is strictly prohibited.
- DSAs and SaaS users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. Subscription and Payments
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. VittPravah reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and the AI policy matching algorithms are the intellectual property of VittPravah. No part of the Service may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
VittPravah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including any delays in loan processing by third-party banks.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
