Refund & Cancellation

1. No-Refund Policy

At VittPravah, we provide a 14-day free trial to allow users to fully evaluate our AI Policy Engine and DSA Management tools before making a financial commitment. Consequently, all payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable.

Once a subscription fee is processed, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time or partial months. This applies to all tiers, including Individual DSA, Business Pro, and Enterprise plans.

2. Cancellation Process

Users have full control over their subscriptions. You may cancel your plan at any time through the Subscription module in your dashboard.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
• Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
• From the next scheduled billing date, no further deductions will occur from your linked payment method.

3. Auto-Debit (e-Mandate)

Our services use Razorpay's secure subscription system which establishes an e-Mandate for automated billing. When you cancel your plan within our platform, the mandate is automatically instructed to stop future captures.
